**SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU-TUBE USERS - PLEASE READ**

When you have finished watching a video, click
the "Back To The "Dogs Name" Channel Index"
text in the top left corner of the window to go back
to the video index for that particular dog

If you have 5 or more doggie video's uploaded
 to You-Tube or Video Egg, your ready to go!
All we need from you is the following:

1: What you want to call your channel

2: Pick the colour template you like Blue Green Purple Brown B&W
(You are also free to submit your own idea's if you require a custom template)

3: A banner for your channel, 728 x 110 pixels

4: A smaller banner for your channel, 150 x 64

5: Any buttons you want on your channel
(eg, a button that links to your dogs blog, or an "email me" button)
These should be 100 x 37 pixels

6: Five "URL" tags  from your uploaded You-Tube videos (not "Embed" tags)
OR
Five "HTML" tags from your uploaded Video Egg videos

Once you have it all together, send it to us in an email

(if you are unable to provide banner graphics, we can make them for you,
just let us know what you would like to see.)
